AGAIN the street clean-up is coming and what an eyesore it is in some streets.
Anstruther Road has had piles of rubbish on the street verge for at least two months and it is really disgusting.
One pile extends nearly across the whole frontage of a house. Poor neighbours have to put up with looking at it all the time.
I remember reading on the clean-up notice from the council that goods should be put out no more than two weeks before the due date.

How come the council hasn’t acted over these householders? It is very prompt when it comes to dogs on and off leashes.
