WHEN I read Rachel Fenner’s front-page article headlined “Girls get shortchanged”, I found myself in complete agreement with her views.
If she had left it at that, I would have been supportive of her argument.
Then she wrote an editorial for the same edition: oh dear.
Most was just a reiteration of her article, but the last paragraph had me gasping with disbelief.
She contended that “Gender is fluid”; “Some girls want to be boys and vice versa”; Gender neutral uniforms protect”.
What utter tosh. Straight (pun not intended) out of the gay and lesbian etc, etc playbook.
