Learn to merge

THERE is a roundabout at Halls Head near the IGA and coming from Mary Street to turn left to go over the old bridge there are two lanes.

Traffic is supposed to merge here and as long as the nearside lane is empty then vehicles should go and merge with other traffic entering from the right-hand side.

However, so many drivers do not seem to understand this and sit and wait, holding up the traffic until both lanes are clear.

Please someone; tell those drivers how to merge.
