Logic wasted with council tip passes

Then you look at the free tip passes and just when you want to say, well done to the council, because they have added two junk metal passes, you see where our green waste passes have been cut from four to two.

Why? Shrubs, trees and most garden stuff keeps growing, whereas junk metal is usually only a one-off.

Oh well, rather than pay, people will dump green waste in the bush once again. Unbelievable!
