Pollution spreads

I live by the beach and every day I pick up rubbish on the beach. The hot weekends bring people flocking to the shore but when they leave they forget their rubbish, even though there are bins.

I daily pick up beer bottles and broken glass where some people throw their bottles around, some not even worried that others see them.

Last weekend a friend approach some young men who were throwing beer bottles into the water at the crowded beach. He was told to ‘bugga off’ ‘
