Question of time

FURTHER to the April 23 edition report headlined “Flora, fauna sold up Country Road: locals”, could someone from developer Westcross Projects or the City of Mandurah please tell me how many decades it will be before the proposed revegetation plantings at Mandurah Central will attract cockatoos back to the area?

Why I ask is that I am uncertain as to whether the black cockatoos would come back to a densely populated and highly trafficked area with all its resulting pollutants.
