SEE and be seen was once a motto to follow with driving on the roads.
How I wish that could apply these days.
Why is it that so many drivers do not put their lights on when driving in poor light, rain and road conditions in general.
Each time I am driving, I cant help but notice that people are driving along in poor conditions, quite oblivious to the fact that so many others have their lights on.
If you are lucky enough to have good eyesight then lucky you, but it is so much easier to see the cars around you when you have your car lights on.
Most of the offending drivers are in big black, silver or dark- coloured cars, so what are they afraid of.
