Spiritual need

Janice TeoMandurah Coastal Times

WHEN it comes to our beliefs in God, as Christians in Australia, we are treated as second-class citizens.

We need to rise up and protest about the way that Christians are persecuted in one way or another.

If it were Muslims, Hindus or Buddhists ignored and mocked for their belief systems we would be called racist or bigots.

Australia has 65 per cent Christianity going by past census figures but it is not recognised much today.

It is spirituality Australia urgently needs, not humanism.

We are made of spirit, soul and body, but the spiritual side of Aussies is badly neglected.

I pray for Australia to turn around and stop the secularism and ignoring of God's love for mankind.
