Views of Mandurah Residents Ignored

WITH the Halls Head shopping centre re-vamp, again Mandurah shire has shown a total disregard for the local residents of his area, while it is still debateable that scheme should have been approved at all (this was one of the few desirable parcels of land left that was close to the town).

But now that it is almost complete it is obvious that the traffic congestion will be chaotic.

T-junctions on to single lane roads just do not cope.

Glencoe Parade and Hungerford Avenue should have been retained as residential streets.

The developers should have been made to build new roads out to the coast road and existing Peelwood Parade junction, with roundabouts at both locations,
