If the RAAFA villages’ residents in NSW and Queensland, plus Ridgewood in Perth, do not pay annual local government rates and if any previous Supreme Court appeals have not been successful, ratepayers are liable for a loss of significant legal costs with no change.
These legal costs would be additional to rates increasing an extra 1 percent this year to cover the City’s revenue loss.
