Cedar Woods WA state manager Ben Rosser said the development offered a unique opportunity for buyers looking to buy a new home on the Mandurah canals.

“There is a lack of canal-based product in Mandurah at the moment, especially new homes as most of the existing houses in the area have been built over 2011-2013,” he said.

“We’re really pleased to partner with Cachet Homes to deliver a series of waterfront homes in the Hamptons style, complete with private jetties, clean building lines and crisp internal fittings.

“The project features some two-storey canal-fronting homes, which we anticipate will generate the most interest.”

All homes feature up to five bedrooms, exclusive access to private boat moorings and parking for three cars.

The lots with estuary views have room to park a caravan.

Mariners Cove is one of Mandurah’s original canal developments, featuring 987 blocks across 198ha.

Land and house packages start from $429,000.
