THE launch of new Golden Bay Estate lots has been brought forward after a great response from young and growing families to the stage 2I release.

Ranging from 300sq m to 570sq m and starting at $137,500, the 10 blocks set to be released on Saturday, July 7 are ideal for building family homes with room for a backyard.

The Peet estate’s stage 2I has two parks in walking distance, with a further two parks and playgrounds to come.

Peet chief executive Brendan Gore said the stage’s location was proving popular due to the variety of established amenity close by and lot size and affordability.

“Golden Bay is known for its affordability and the lifestyle on offer,” Mr Gore said.

“This new release provides the opportunity for first-home buyers to build a life of their own in a new yet established area with everything they need in close proximity.”

Comet Bay College and Golden Bay Primary School are nearby.

There is a range of land, house and land packages, and discounted lots, with savings up to $29,000.
