Residents of One Brighton can enjoy a lock-and-leave lifestyle that lets them take advantage of an abundance of recreational, leisure and social activities within easy reach, including Mandurah Ocean Marina, private and public golf courses, and a host of other sporting pursuits.

The apartments will be on offer through local agent Di Prinzio Properties and have been attractively priced to appeal to buyers after a sales hiatus.

Principal Jules Di Prinzio said he was enthusiastic about the latest release, especially with several apartments priced from only $517,500 to $595,000.

“It’s one of Mandurah’s best kept secrets,” he said.

“The apartments are big, really big, they’re all at least three bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and are going to appeal to anyone wanting to escape the work associated with owning a large family home, but not necessarily wanting to compromise on space.

“There are also two separate private car bays; it’s a smart apartment choice.”

Mr Di Prinzio said One Brighton had a real luxury feel.

“Individual apartments come with first-class fittings, natural stone bench tops and European appliances, and people are going to enjoy showing off the 20m lap pool, spa and fully equipped gym,” he said.

Cape Bouvard spokesmen Steve Hill said apartment sales at One Brighton had been on hold until the company was satisfied an appropriate resolution could be achieved in response to retrospective requirements by local and State authorities to remove previously approved external cladding.

“We’ve been working closely with a team of experts to progress remediation and minimise costs that would otherwise have been a burden on current and future One Brighton owners,” Mr Hill said.

“We’re really excited to have One Brighton apartments available for sale; it’s an iconic building in an iconic location.”
