Everest of Bowls coming to Mandurah

THE third Everest of Bowls at Dudley Park Bowling Club will be held from October 16 to October 20.

There will be $100,000 up for grabs with $50,000 given to the winner of the event.

So far 96 players have registered for the event including commonwealth games participants and medallists from Australia, New Zealand, Northern Ireland and Canada including Australian Jackaroo and Commonwealth Games singles gold medallist Aaron Wilson as well as the silver medal winning fours and triples teams.

Dudley Park Bowling and Recreation Club event director Russell Tyrrell said he expects more than 1000 people at the event.
