WA’s leading trainer, Linda Britton, won five races on the night.

Britton won the first three races on the program with Magia, Private Notes and West on Miffy and then also collected later in the evening with Deyna and Rapido Kid.

Magia overcome a typically sluggish start to win his 405m Grade 5 event in a personal best equalling 22.64sec, while Rapido Kid produced a sparkling effort to win his race.

After missing out in his previous two attempts, Rapido Kid rebounded into the winner’s circle in the best possible fashion.

The talented but lightly raced chaser launched straight to the lead and gave his rivals no chance as he stormed to victory by over five lengths in 22.47sec.
