Football: Mandurah Mustangs make history, take out inaugural girl’s competition

MANDURAH Mustangs youth girls football won the inaugural grand final on September 8.

The girls met the Rockingham Rams at Warnbro Rec Oval and beat them 30 (4.6) to 20 (3.2).

They took out the final by 10 points. The team was made up of girls in years seven to nine.
