Mandurah Baptist College student wins bronze at Arafura Games

MANDURAH Baptist College student Joshua Howat won a bronze medal in volleyball at the Arafura Games in Darwin.

The Year 12 student played in the Australian Junior Development Squad in the school holidays.

The Arafura Games is an inclusive multi-sport event where athletes with a disability compete in the same program as able-bodied athletes.

Competitors from around the world compete in the week-long games every two years in the NT.
