Mandurah’s McPherson siblings do well in comp

LOCAL surfer Harry McPherson finished second in the second round of the Totally Crustaceous Tour (TCT) Surf Series in Scarborough last weekend.

McPherson finished with a score of 10.67 behind Marmion’s Nick Muntz (14.34) in the under-21 men’s category.

In the women’s under-21 category, April McPherson grabbed fourth with a score of 8.50 with Cottesloe’s Denver Young taking first with 10.66.

In the 10 and under category, Mandurah’s Maverick (6.40) and Phoenix Wilson (4.80) took second and third place respectively.
