Next Generation MMA Mandurah gym goers received belt upgrades from UFC legend Chris ‘The Westside Strangler’ Brennan.

NEXT Generation head coach and UFC legend Chris ‘The Westside Strangler’ Brennan coached at Next Generation MMA Mandurah earlier in September.

Brennan coached both adults and children, with 10 blue belts handed out for Brazilian jiu jitsu and four purple belts.

UFC veteran and Australian MMA legend Steven ‘The Steamroller’ Kennedy was also promoted to his first stripe on his Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt.

Mandurah head coach Marcus McKeever was promoted to his Brazilian jiu jitsu brown belt by Brennan.

McKeever promoted Anthony Drilich to his Brazilian jiu jitsu purple belt and his skills were shown off in his fight the weekend after.

“We are really showing why we are the premier fight and family gym in Mandurah,” McKeever said.

“After only being open a short 18 months we have had world class visits, active fighters as coaches and constant competition wins for our kids and adults.”
