Swag of awards for Falcon Seniors Bowling Club

The event in Narrogin attracted competitors from across Perth.

Club member Lynn Coleman said team members from both Rockingham and Falcon performed impressively, with the Falcon team placing third in the Narrogin Cup.

“For a small club, we do very well. We punch well above our weight,” she said.

Mrs Coleman said they played indoors on a carpeted green.

“It’s a social environment and great for those who don’t want to play outside in temperature extremes,” she said.

“It’s like a large family, a very friendly club. New members are always welcome.”

Falcon Seniors Bowling Club meets every Monday and Wednesday for indoor bowls at the Falcon Pavillion on Lynda Street.
