The unique odyssey was captured on film and can be viewed at a rare screening of The Dream: coastline Sydney to Perth at Luna on SX in Fremantle this Friday.
‘I sell memories, screenings only, no copies, this is the only way you will see this extraordinary film,’ Mr Ingram said.
The self-funded and self-edited film follows Mr Ingram as Benjamin Safari as he walks across the country surfing, contemplating life and working at odd jobs along the way.
‘I have worked when I reached towns as a labourer, a fisherman and a dish washer to finance to keep the adventure going,’ he said. ‘On any given day, I’m many different people, I’m a brother, I’m a son, I’m a bee keeper, I’m a surfer and a water man.
‘I’m a traveller exploring the adventure of life.’
The film screens at 7.45pm on Friday, April 26, at Luna on SX.
