Formerly known as The City of Melville Aged Person’s Homes Trust, Alchera Living was established in 1975 and now has four villages in Melville.
‘Each of the villages has developed its own personality,’ CEO Alan Marshall said.
‘Not every village is the same, they have different layouts and all are close to shops and transport.’
