The servings were generous and reasonably priced and were accompanied by two bowls of fresh, fluffy rice.

The atmosphere was relaxed and sophisticated, with elegant furniture and decor with piano music playing gently in the background.

The service was fast and friendly, and it was clear to see by the people streaming in from the street to order takeaway that it was a local favourite.

The extensive menu contained many different beef, pork, duck, chicken meals as well as many vegetable-based and bean curd dishes suitable for vegetarians.

During the day, lunch specials start at $6 and include many tasty dishes including laksa, spicy pork mince noodle and steamed clay pot rice.

Mother’s Day is fast approaching so book now for a fantastic meal as seats are limited.

Office catering and home delivery is also available and the restaurant is BYO alcohol.
