Be a part of renewed CWA group

Bicton Country Womens Association president Kathleen Crosbie is talking about the meaningful friendships formed through being part of the CWA.

The newly reformed Bicton chapter, which meets at the RSL Hall on Foss Street, needs more members.

Ms Crosbie said the group, which had previously folded, was resurrected earlier this year, with some former members returning and some new ones joining the ranks.

CWA Bicton meets on the second and last Tuesday of each month at 9.30am, with a business meeting once a month and games held on the second monthly meeting.

Five dollars provides tea, coffee and morning tea including members own baking and bingo.

There are raffles and door prizes.
