Booragoon: plans lodged for 4-storey apartment block on Riseley St

PROPERTY developer Kuraland has lodged plans for a 17 dwelling, four-storey apartment block on Riseley Street in Booragoon.

Located near Garden City Shopping Centre at 119 Riseley, the project includes four one bedroom, nine two bedroom and four three bedrooms apartments spread across four levels.

Two basement car parks will accommodate 22 tenant car parking bays as well as 10 bicycle racks.

The development application requests minor variations to some of the prescribed setbacks and will be decided by a joint development assessment panel.

The plans are available in the community consultation section of the City of Melville’s website.
