A BYFORD man has been charged with failing to report an incident occasioning death or grievous bodily harm after the death of a 42-year-old man in November.
The man, 50, has been charged in relation to the incident which occurred on Leach Highway in Bateman.
The alleged victim was a pedestrian and the fatality shut down a section of Leach Highway for most of the morning on Thursday, November 16.
