Samantha Scott (8) Kayley Richardson (12) Taylor-Anne Bright (12), Tanisha Ryan (14), Alexandra Tolero (14) and Emily Coles (15) were selected following a vigorous training schedule over the past six months.

ACC coach Zoe Philander said it was a massive honour for the girls beating hundreds who tried out from across the state for the chance to represent WA.

‘The nationals are the highest level you can compete in, in calisthenics so the girls have done really well to get where they are because they are quite young,’ she said.

Calisthenics combines gymnastics, ballet, folk dance, jazz ballet, apparatus, figure marching, mime and singing to improve fitness and deportment.
