PROPERTY developer Mustera is the latest entry to the Canning Bridge Activity Centre (CBAC), spending $7.6 million to purchase adjacent properties on just over 2000sq m in Applecross.

The properties are located at 10-14 Forbes Road and 40A-C Kishorn Road in the Kintail Quarter of the CBAC.

Mustera will manage the future development of the property and in a statement announcing the transaction executive director Nicholas Zborowski indicated he planned to place apartments on the land.

“The prestigious corner site benefits from dual street frontage to Forbes and Kishorn Road and is set back from Canning Highway,” Mr Zborowski said.

“On completion, the development will have expansive river and city views, providing a highly desirable Applecross address.

“The Kintail Quarter has been identified as the premier retail and entertainment destination within the precinct, with the preferred use being activated retail and food and beverage on the ground floor and residential apartments on the upper floors.”

Mustera plans to submit a development application in the second half of 2017.
