THE 2017 Point Walter Concert promises a big line-up of entertainment and family fun when it returns to the Point Walter foreshore on Sunday.
Now in its 22nd year, the free family concert has become a Labour Day long weekend tradition, with locals and visitors setting up on the grass banks to enjoy an evening of live music, dance, family entertainment and fireworks.

Melville Mayor Russell Aubrey said the annual event always demonstrated the strong community spirit of the City.
“This year’s concert promises to be spectacular with an impressive line-up of acts and MC favourite Tod Johnston returning as host for the evening,” he said.
“There will be plenty of activities for children, including face painting, balloon twisting and a bouncy castle, and a firework finale over the Swan River is always a favourite.
Free public parking will be available at Attadale Foreshore, with free shuttle buses running to and from the event throughout the evening.
