A NEW mural from artist Brenton See is brightening up popular Hulme Court in Myaree.

Business Entire IT engaged the Hilton artist to give a nearby wall some colour and life and he completed the assignment during last week’s heatwave.

“All the murals I paint are nature-based and for this one I was inspired by the nearby water, swamp and lakes,” he said.

“It was a smooth process; it can be pretty difficult painting in near 40C heat but I set up shade.

“I’m happy with how it’s turned out. The business requested something that was bright and colourful.”

Among the creatures represented in the mural are a dolphin, a fairy tern, red-capped plover, western banjo frog and a dusky moorhen.

See is a keen photographer who moved into producing large scale murals in 2015.

Last year alone he was commissioned to do nearly 40 works, including many across Melville and surrounding suburbs.
