THE Perth house where serial killers David and Catherine Birnie raped five women and murdered four of them in the 80s is up for rent.
Number 3 Moorhouse Street in Willagee is going for the price of $390 a week.
It was renovated to include three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The murders came to be known by the media as the Moorhouse murders – named after the street the Birnies were living on.
The house has an open plan kitchen and gorgeous jarrah flooring throughout.
The second living area has French doors leading to an undercover patio.
The home has a “lovely, peaceful street appeal” according to the agent.
Two victims – Susannah Candy and Noelene Patterson were murdered by the Birnies in the home.
However, none of the victims were buried at the property.
David Birnie hanged himself in prison in 2005. Catherine Birnie is imprisoned at Bandyup Prison.
