Free training for runners

Next week HBF and Murdoch University School of Chiropractic and Sports Science will once again be offering free training sessions in preparation for the HBF Run for a Reason.

Next week HBF and Murdoch University School of Chiropractic and Sports Science will once again be offering free training sessions in preparation for the HBF Run for a Reason. Kicking off tomorrow, Sports Science and Exercise Physiology third-year students will be running and conducting the sessions every Monday and Wednesday for eight weeks.

Trainers will cater for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced and will be mentored by Murdoch University lecturers.

Sessions will provide road routes, interval sessions, tempo runs and technical and breathing tips.

The HBF Run for a Reason has two categories to choose from ” a 4km run or walk and a 12km run.
