The boutique development company has worked in a range of features that could have seemed fantasy just a few years ago including E-keys, electric car charging points and security controlled via your smart phone.

There are green initiatives too, including rain water harvesting, energy pods on the lifts and a passive solar design.

On top of that, located on the ground floor, will be a range of restaurants and cafes.

For those not great in the kitchen or just wanting a break will be the opportunity to order food from one of the eateries via a smart phone and have it delivered to your floor or pool deck by dumbwaiter.

Director John Norup said the project would be ready for residents in 2020.

Apartments start at $470,000.
