After partnering with the City of Melville, Garden City is the only retail centre in WA to implement strategies focused on providing outstanding service to seniors.
The shopping centre employs older staff, supports a community information centre manned by senior volunteers, and incorporates feedback from staff, customers and external stakeholders to improve its service to seniors.
