Michelle is voted best

She picked up the award in Sydney at the 2013 Australian Federation of Travel Agents National Travel Industry Awards after impressing a panel of six judges.

‘I’m blown away and absolutely thrilled,’ she said.

‘They told me that without a great manager you won’t have a great agency and Flight Centre Garden City is one of the best in the business, so I’m humbled to know that what I’m doing is working.’

AFTA chief executive Jayson Westbury said there was an incredibly high standard across the board this year.

‘Michelle shone brighter than the rest, showing nothing but dedication and outstanding commitment to the industry and customer service excellence,’ he said.
