AFTER looking at the plans for the Roe 8 highway extension through Bibra Lake at a huge cost to save lorries 10 minutes on a journey to Fremantle Docks, it appears short-sighted, especially if they are moving the freight terminal to Kwinana in the future.
The money would be better spent on extending the Roe south parallel to the Kwinana Freeway, due to the expansion of the suburbs planned for these areas.
