Students spell out |opposition to bullying

As part of the school’s participation in the National Day of Action Against Violence, the Year 8 students formed the phrase NO WAY across the oval as Aeronautics teacher Randal Brink did a flyover to capture the image.

It was one of several activities the school held to promote anti-bullying at the school.

West Coast Eagles footballers also dropped into the school to present a cyber-bullying seminar to Year 9 students

It was the third annual National Day of Action Against Bullying, which was created to send a clear message that bullying is unacceptable.

‘We must say no to bullying in all shapes and forms including cyber bullying, physical violence and intimidation,’ an organiser said. ‘There is no place for bullying or violence in, or outside, our schools.’
