Two males charged with raping teenage girl

POLICE have charged two 18-year-old males over the rape of a girl in the Pilbara town of Wickham on Friday night.

The youths, one from Bull Creek and one from Roebourne, have each been charged with three counts of sexually penetrating a child over 13 years and under 16 years in circumstances of aggravation.

Police allege the girl was was walking along River Gum Road when the two men approached her, dragged her into bushland and sexually assaulted her.

The youths were due to appear before the Karratha Magistrates Court today.
