Up to four different concepts for the corner of Riseley Street and Canning Highway may be made available, each with a different emphasis on residential living, entertainment and public transport options.
In particular, public opinion will be sought on traffic and parking, building height, land use, personal and pedestrian safety and building and streetscape appearance.
After public consultation last year, the City announced it did not support the 10-storey buildings proposed for the Riseley Centre, nor along Canning Highway in the Riseley precinct.
