The pictures featuring the proposed wave park in newspapers and the City of Melville annual report are very misleading .
They depict an aerial view of pristine, crystal clear water with lovely waves. Where is the two to three-metre security fence surrounding the proposed Wave Park?
Can these pictures be construed as false advertising and have legal implications? At least let’s be fair and realistic.
