Whose ridiculous idea was it to build a wave park in such a beautiful area surrounded by a nature reserve and a marine park?

The two supporters of the wave park were holding up a sign “what’s for lunch”. Abit cheeky really – they want us ratepayers to fund their wave park and buy them lunch?
