AS a ratepayer in the City of Melville for more than 40 years, I disagree with Mayor Aubrey Russell's attitude towards the ratepayers of Melville regarding the freight link to Fremantle Port.
Traffic congestion is at an all-time high.
There are many residents in every age group who cannot understand why the railway corridor is not used for this venture.
