Hawton took on highly regarded Filipino veteran Jujeath Nagoawa on May 17, winning the match by an unanimous decision.

She said she suffered an early head clash, cutting her eye and causing major swelling to her cheek bone.

"The fight could have gone pear-shaped then, but I boxed smart and won the fight, dominating each of the six rounds," she said.
