Double trouble for Melville Storm

It was a double round fixture after the two-week Premier Cricket hiatus over the Christmas period.

Joondalup outclassed the Storm on Saturday, chasing down 208 with two wickets remaining at Tompkins Park.

Blake Reed hammered 61, while Myles Keyt took three wickets in a disappointing loss for Melville, who were without all-rounder Drew Porter.

The Storm then fell to Midland-Guildford by 23 runs on Sunday at Tompkins Park.
