East Fremantle's Michael Cronan, Luke Strnadica, Tom Bennett, Peter Delaney, Jordan Snadden, James Harrold and Oliver Parish are all members of the academy squad, as are South Fremantle's Kade Stewart and Callum Ah Chee.
All members of the Academy squad are able to be selected to play for WA in the State 18s Championships this month.
WAFL talent manager Raff Guadagnino said the academy gave young footballers the chance to develop under WAFL state coaching.
