MELVILLE appears in trouble against Subiaco Floreat in their crunch clash at Floreat Park Oval after a frustrating first day on Saturday.

Teenager Cameron Green continued his fine form with a crucial 83 after Melville had the struggling early in their round 14 Premier Cricket clash.

The Storm managed to strike early in the innings but could not sustain the pressure, with the hosts declaring at 9-305.

Mark and Brad Turner were the pick of the bowlers with two wickets each but Melville let slip a dominant position at 6-157, with Green and Jason Behrendorff’s 119-run seventh-wicket stand crucial.
