THEY are running hot on the field but West Coast was able to take it a little easier during a visit to Corpus Christi College.

Midfielders Dom Sheed and Jack Redden joined defender Will Schofield, ruckman Fraser McInnes and untried rookie selection Tony Olango at the school.

Their visit began with a question and answer session before shifting to photo opportunities and a skills session.

“The engagement with students and their willingness to serve the community along with the gentle, kind nature exhibited made for a truly memorable day for both staff and students,” the Bateman school posted on its website.

West Coast has been in great form, winning seven on the hop.

To make it eight it will have to down premiers Richmond in a top-of-the table clash at Optus Stadium Sunday afternoon.
