The WA Police sergeant was named the South Fremantle District Association coach of the year after guiding his Year 7 Kardy Kats team to a second-place finish last season.
Now he’s leading the call for new junior players, emphasising the club’s focus on inclusion and overall development.
“My biggest focus is on developing boys into young men,” he said.
“With that comes behaviour, manners, treating people well and probably most importantly, resilience.”

Juniors can attend the registration day at Morris Buzacott Reserve on February 21 from 9am to 1pm.
The club also has an open day on March 13 from 10am to 3pm.
