A first for Stitches the Bear

The Wear a Bear to Show You Care appeal will raise funds to help local children who need it most ” just like five-year-old Christine Corlett.

Twenty-four hours was all it took for High Wycombe parents Crystal and Andrew Corlett’s lives to change dramatically. When Christine was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia two years ago, she was immediately admitted to PMH’s Oncology Ward.

‘It was a terrifying experience and I certainly wasn’t prepared to be told that my beautiful, sweet daughter had leukaemia,’ Ms Corlett said.
