Cancer Council’s Life Now Program offers free exercise classes to people with cancer and their carers

FREE exercise classes, specifically designed for people living with cancer and their carers, will be provided through the Cancer Council’s Life Now Program, starting at the end of September.

The Life Now Exercise Program is for people with a cancer diagnosis within the past two years, undergoing or completed cancer treatment.

The program runs for 12 weeks and is facilitated by an accredited exercise physiologist and tailor-made for people affected by cancer.

Participants receive an individualised program and experience the benefits in a safe and supportive group environment.

Life Now Exercise

Wednesdays and Fridays 12pm, 27th September 2017.

Registrations are essential as numbers are limited. Some eligibility criteria apply.
